RM building

Built for owners who spend a yearly facilities budget, one job at a time.

Our clients are facility teams with a formal purchasing process and a steady list of repairs and small remodels. Each sector below has its own work windows and rules, and we plan every task around them.

K-12 school districts

Work windows: Summer break, after 4 pm, weekends

Classroom flooring, ceiling tile after roof leaks, classroom security locks, front office counters, gym lobby hardware.

Workers on site follow your district's background-check and badge rules. No work in rooms with students present.

City and county facilities

Work windows: After hours at public counters, phased at service centers

Service counter rebuilds, office reconfigurations, public restroom finishes, exterior entry doors.

We quote against your PO and keep scope sheets in the format your purchasing office files.

Colleges and universities

Work windows: Between terms, finals week excluded

Faculty office moves, lab casework, lecture hall repainting, residence hall turnover repairs.

Department-funded tasks can be priced and billed separately under one campus agreement.

Medical offices and clinics

Work windows: Evenings and weekends, one room at a time

Exam room refreshes, wall protection, reception counters, door hardware, ceiling repairs.

Dust barriers and negative-air units go up before demolition in any space next to patient areas.

Nonprofits and places of worship

Work windows: Weekdays, around services and programs

Fellowship hall and classroom finishes, accessible door hardware, kitchen casework, entry repairs.

Phased tasks let a board fund one room or one item at a time.

Planning a summer program

School work has a hard deadline: the first day of classes. Send your summer list by early spring. We walk every building in one week, price each item as its own task, and give you a schedule that finishes before teacher workdays.

You release tasks as the budget allows. Anything not released by May 1 moves to winter break or the next summer.
