RM building Inc is a construction contractor based in Northeast Minneapolis, incorporated in Minnesota in October 2026.
We work for facility teams at school districts, public agencies, campuses, clinics and nonprofits. Our model is simple: one master agreement, then a steady stream of fixed-price task orders for repairs and small remodels.
Why we work by task order
Most facility teams carry a long list of $5,000 to $100,000 jobs: a ceiling after a leak, a counter that needs rebuilding, doors that no longer latch. Large general contractors rarely want them. Running a formal bid for each one takes weeks of staff time.
A master service agreement settles insurance, rates, payment terms and site rules once. After that, each job only needs a site walk and a scope sheet. Your purchasing office gets a fixed price to approve, and your facility manager gets a crew that already knows the buildings.
How we run every account

One project lead per account
The same person walks your sites, writes your scopes and runs closeout. You do not re-explain your buildings to someone new each time.

A written scope before any work
Every task starts with a scope sheet: line items, quantities, schedule and one fixed price. Nothing starts on a verbal request.

The price changes only with the scope
Extra work needs a written change order you approve first. Concealed conditions are photographed and priced before we continue.

The building stays usable
Protection goes up before demolition, the area is cleaned every shift, and keys and badges are signed out and returned daily.

Closeout you can file
Photos, lien waivers, warranty letters and an invoice that matches the task number and price.
