- What needs to be done. A sentence or two per item, plus phone photos if you have them.
- Work windows. When the space is empty: evenings, weekends, school breaks.
- Target date and budget source. When it must be finished and whether a PO is already open.
- Drawings, if any. PDF floor plans or prior as-builts help us price faster.
